警方追查色魔案件，派出了女警花生（陈炜 饰）引诱色魔。警员追捕色魔到某地盘，可是最后色魔被砍断了四肢而死，警员也离奇死亡了。花生与其警察男友一哥（王合喜 饰）咖啡（张慧仪 饰）所在的杂志社对此事件着手报道，他们买通警员阿图索取资料，可是不久负责此案件的记者也死去了。通灵小说家蓝精灵（万绮雯 饰）也加入到案件调查当中，这时花生的表姐也离奇死亡了，使案件更加耐人寻味。蓝精灵查出案件与一个叫华月媚的女子有关，没想到这个姓华的女子是花生的曾祖母。 　　刚开始一哥不认同案件与恶鬼有关，直到警员阿图也变得怪异起来。咖啡也常常看到很多奇怪的画面，似乎她与一切都有所联系。蓝精灵建议他们用催眠的方法勾起潜意识弄清事实，弄清一段隔世的恩怨情仇，当时冤死的恶鬼，要来讨回公道……
